Acceptance
By creating an account or using ZushRoom you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier and paid subscribers.
The service
ZushRoom provides AI-powered mock interview simulations for job seekers and MBA aspirants. The service includes voice-based interview sessions, automated scoring, transcripts, and a progress dashboard. The service is provided “as is” and may be updated at any time.
Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
Acceptable use
You may not: resell or redistribute ZushRoom sessions without our written permission; attempt to reverse-engineer the AI evaluation system; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or upload CVs or content belonging to others without their consent.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 2 sessions. Contact hello@zushroom.com to request a refund.
Intellectual property
The ZushRoom platform, branding, and AI evaluation methodology are our intellectual property. Your CV content and session transcripts remain yours. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
ZushRoom is a practice tool, not a guarantee of interview success or admission. We are not liable for outcomes of actual interviews or admission processes. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
